Product Prices

The price displayed for products on this website represents the full price in $NZD including GST (15%) for the product itself, however it does not include postage/delivery charges which will be added during the check-out process. We always seek to provide products at the most competitive prices, and because of the dynamic nature of this industry (e.g. vendor price changes and other variables beyond our control), prices, promotions, versions and availability advertised are subject to change without prior notice and we therefore reserve the right to change prices displayed for products on our website at any time.

Please be assured of our every effort to ensure the accuracy of our product pricing. However if an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, we maintain the right to refuse to accept further orders and to cancel any orders already placed at the incorrect price. If an order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card we shall immediately contact you regarding your requirements for the reimbursement of money paid.

Age Restrictions

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to place an order with us. We do not knowingly accept orders from anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order with us through this website you acknowledge that you are over eighteen (18) years of age. Should we suffer any loss or damage as a result of a transaction entered into by a person under the age of 18, we reserve the right to seek compensation for such loss or damage from the parents or guardians of the person who placed the order(s) with us.

Contract of Sale

These terms together with your order constitute the entire contract between you and us for the supply of products. No other terms will apply except where terms may be implied by law. The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

Ordering Product

Placing of the order by you using this website constitutes as an offer to purchase the product of your choice. Your offer is accepted by us when we issue an invoice of the product to you. Both offer and acceptance are subject to these terms, as well as our Return Policy, our Privacy Policy and are subject to any clause allowing for the cancellation of an order before the passing of the title of the product to you.

For any particular product, we reserve the right to restrict or limit the number of the product that a customer is allowed to purchase in a single transaction. In the event where we cannot process or accept your order for any reason after the payment has been received, you will be notified by us by telephone or email to process the reversing of the payment.

Refusing or Cancelling Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when the ordered products are no longer available.

Although we are committed in making sure that the price and description of product are accurate and up-to-date on our website, in the event there is an error in the processing of listing a product on our website or there has been a technical error in the processing of your order, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order.

Our right to cancel orders applies to those orders that have been accepted or paid for.

Payment Options

Credit Card:If your credit card is declined by its issuing bank, delivery of your order will not be made. We will contact you to make alternative payment arrangements. We reserve the right to refuse to accept payment from any of our customer by credit card for any reason we think fit at our sole discretion. When we have received the payment by credit card, the payment received is deemed to be the payment made the person with the authority to use the credit card.

Please be advised that once the credit card payment has been made, you are legally bound by the entire transaction and you are held to be responsible for any misuse of your credit card resulting from your failure or negligence to keep security of your credit card. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage (direct or otherwise) you suffer in connection with the use of online payment.

Delivery

You will be provided with an estimated delivery time when you checkout from placing your order. The estimated delivery times are in working days Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Normal delivery is within 3 - 7 working days from the date of payment of your order. Actual delivery times may change due to changes in supply or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Passing of Property

Property of the product passes to you upon receipt of the product by you.
